Quarterly Reports

The Adjudicator is required to send a report, each quarter, to the Competition and Markets Authority and Ofcom. These reports are then published on this website as part of efforts to deliver accountability and transparency to stakeholders. When necessary, the Adjudicator may decide that parts of a report sent to Ofcom and the Competition and Markets Authority should be omitted from the published version for reasons of confidentiality.

The Undertakings define some things which must be included in the report each quarter. This means that some paragraphs follow a standard form of words. However, the Quarterly Reports are an important way for the Adjudicator to inform stakeholders about their work and key issues.
