Guidance for the Production of Reference Offers
The Guidance that Arqiva have been using for the production of Reference Offers is scattered across a number of documents going back 20 years, some parts of which are no longer relevant or have been superseded. In 2015, the Adjudicator extracted the relevant sections and brought these together as a single document which became applicable upon publication. The consolidated document represents the status quo and does not change the nature of the Guidance which is in force.
The Guidance is subject to review from time to time. Part of any review is a consultation with stakeholders.
